I used to be an ADP user and I was extremely very nervous moving our dealership Payroll service to Rippling but I'm more than glad I made that decision last December! I also just started using the Rippling Time & Clock application last week. I cannot thank God enough for the talents behind this innovation. A lot of thoughts were thoroughly put into this and all I can say is GREAT JOB!!!

Setting up is relatively easy, however, they give you an option for birth versus preferred names, but it's implemented and displays oddly. For example, if my birth name is Jane Doe but I prefer Mei Daggerheart, then the app will display the name as "Jane OR Mei Doe OR Daggerheart," which makes absolutely no sense, but it is what it is. Using the app yesterday was great, but today it won't even open.

This app is such a data draw. It's pretty obnoxious how long it takes anything to load. It's useless for anyone in healthcare, when time is of the essence.

My company uses Ripping to handle HR documents. They have a web app and a mobile app. Both allows easy access to your payroll, PTO, insurance and many more facets. This is my first time heard of them and first time using them. The app is easy and intuitive to use. Would recommend!
