Using BlueStacks

Keeps saying location services not available ad won't let me on. Works fine on my phone and large tablet but not on my new smaller one. 2/14/19 once again I'm not getting incoming messages on my phone that I'm getting on welcome. No big surprise cuz this app is never working right also I'm supposed to go on and do my certification for the year on my record I tried to go in it tells me I need to accept cookies I do accept cookies no problem. hey fleetwire design a product that works, okay?

constantly saying offline but not giving me the option to connect to the server. nothing in the help or FAQ. This app is lazy coding held together by prayers and virtual duct tape.
