There's a few issues with the app that make it more of a nuisance to work with. One example is that it doesnt properly sort expenses by date when you're looking in the History section. I also noticed that when I tried to change the category of an expense, it did not reflect the changes on the main screen until I force-closed the app. It has potential, but it's not there yet.

A nice simple app which is what I wanted, but it has bugs...it won't let me export my stored expense data. When I select History, then Export from the drop down menu, I get a new window saying Expense Tracker would like to create files to export data, but nothing happens after that. There is no Accept or Cancel or Proceed buttons, nothing happens. If users can't export data, then the App is of little use to them.

Thanks, this is a good, simple app for managing basic expenses. No ads or accounts needed. For managing basic recurring expenses like mileage costs, meals, lodging, transportation, supplies this gives you information at a glance. You can add a note for each expense item to identify it, like "Italy Trip", but you can't sort by the note, only the category. No export capability, its all on your device. Still, very useful app, thanks again for your work in development.

I like the free form category names and that they can be changed on the fly. However, it looks like the History>Expense Detail graph the records are reported by date entered instead of record date. Same with the Expense>Today record. Also, the history records are sorted be date entered and not record date.

Simple and easy to use. nice that it doesn't require login or synching to bank account. one thing I would like to see is a feature that allows you to set a weekly/monthly budget. Thanks for this free, no adds app!

Simple app to manage expenses. It would be nicer if we can add the money we have at hand, or like a budget allocated and an option to add income. And THANK YOU for keeping it open source you made a great decision.
