About Us Our team is IAC2 certified for mold and Meth testing, and Infrared trained to provide the best in home inspections. We have Supra key access as affiliate members of The Salt Lake Board of Realtors to make working with us easy for all parties in the home buying/selling process.

Our company offers detailed inspections with infrared scanning and a full line of laboratory tests, including, but not limited to: Radon, Meth, mold, lead, asbestos, E-coli, and water quality.

J-Pro Inspects is “Gephardt Approved” and insured for your protection. For the protection our referring agents, our insurance includes a “referring party rider" and we include a “Hold Harmless Agreement” as a part of each inspection contract that is signed by the client before the home inspection is completed.

Our commitment is to provide a thorough, professional and informative home inspection performed in accordance with nationally accepted standards. A copy is provided in the standards of practice tab. We encourage all of our client(s) to walk through the home with us at the end of each inspection so that we can answer questions prior to their receiving the report.

Inspection reports are generated in the easy to read Report Host format and come complete with photos. Reports are generally available the evening of the day the inspection was preformed, or the next business day.
