need more improvement 1) application does not have sub drop-down button for some selection example: on e-request, we have electricity drop down but under that there is no sub drop down button because of that you cannot raise request for that 2) live chat support should be available in this digital world 3)we cannot able to see resolution whenever a ticket is closed. so by clicking on ticket we should have all information visible to us on APP and many more things it should have

Utility section doesn't work. 311 services says to pay online bill here but this section doesn't work. Devoloper should fix this issue.

Pathetic app. Doesn't allow me to login, just becomes idle. When click on forgot password option, give error message saying details are wrong. Even tried reinstalling the app. Would have given minus 5 star if possible. Grow up PCMA, world is fast moving. Why are you still has this kind of antique app.

Not able to login altough corr ect id and pw i hv put and yr pcma customer care cannot resolve the issue they r not trained it looks

The app is very useful for lodging service complaints and action is action quickly. However, property tax refund option is not working as there is 'no specifically' error preventing submission of the claim.
