Worked one time, now says connection problem every time I try to click

Over a year later and same issues. It's ok when it works. But most of the
time it doesn't and says there is a connection error after scanning. Even
though I have full bars of service or I'm using wifi. So then I wait a
couple days to try again. Like 8 successfully processed then it stop
working again. Connection error! Why do I have to rescan them in constantly
to just see connection error again. Very annoyed!
