Really have to give it one star. Chat function in Osome is practically non functionable. Email to their support and no rely came for 2 months. Have since regret.

In one word: terrible. The technology basically does not work... app crashes, video KYC functionality fails, no notifications, etc. Furthermore, the chat workflow for onboarding is a huge waste of time: 2 months after the start of the onboarding it's still not completed. Why don't they just send us a checklist of requirements? No, they prefer to pester people for each requirement separately in an inefficient chat conversation without working notifications. Bad design, terrible implementation.

This app is not user friendly at all. I need to uninstall and reinstall just to read a message. And I can't even reply the message! It is very frustrating as I can't access the files on web. I'm kinda regret incorporating my company with them thinking that it will be smooth sailing! I sent email to support with no reply till now. Rediculious! At least, there should be a tutorial!.

Unusable. White screen only, messages never load. Update: reinstalled. Left it for 30 minutes and I can finally see the home screen, it's still loading messages. What is this??? The website is also slow but not like this.

I like the idea of the app and the service it provides. Going through the process is a lot more cumbersome than indicated. Once you provide your phone number as a login, you eventually are transferred from their bot to a real person, and this is where things start to fall apart. Responses are slow and in the middle of providing information the person may tell you they are leaving for lunch break (like they did to me) for 2.5 hours. The quick 3-5hour process has taken 2 days so far...

Please fix your notification ! Your sales team kept charging me fees ,late fees ,penalties . The osome team doesn't seem to be in sync with information. Chat closes to remove evidence of incompetency. Do not use this app if you are looking for convenience , it did not fulfil the expectations of a convenient corpsec services .
