I had to give one star eventho This app sucks. For the past 9 months, it's telling me invalid policy when the policy is current. One month I can pay no problem and then the next,it don't work. Can't pay it on the Trexis website cuz it always asks for 2 diff credit cards and u can't even select the credit card option or the e-check option. Either fix it or delete it off Google Play.

Constant "Inactive account or Invalid" prompt. Update: Why isn't this app fixed yet? It has literally been years and it still has the same problems.

It worked fine for several days and now it's telling me that my info is invalid. Renewed my policy and hasn't updated anything. Please fix this bug problem!!!!!

This app sucks!! The phone number no better. Call it n get 12 advertisements then get hung up on. Wth kind of pmt plan is this anyway? Cant dnld it cant call it. All im trying to do is pay the freaking insurance. Youd think for a company thats taking ur money for their services wouldnt be this difficult to pay. Damn

They got an app! That gets my one star. It's a totally useless app! I can't make a payment due to the app keeps prompting me to check my info, then closes out. Most of the time when I try to log in it's giving me an error message that my policy # is invalid.
