Can't link it up to the globe. What's the point? You need to can the QR
code on the bottom of the globe to use the AR function but it doesn't pick
it up. My separate phone QR scanner does, it just doesn't via the app. Cust
services haven't been much help either. Unimpressed.

I don't understand why an app for children need access to contacts and
SMS.After loging in couldn't scan the qr code and gave up after an hour of
trying.Very disappointed birthday girl left to play with wooden blocks :(

The app would be great if it was available for my granddaughters tablet.
Instead now she has a globe that she can't use because your app is not
available in the google play store for an RCA tablet. UNBELIEVABLE

The app is really cool, and my kids have a lot of fun with it, but the photos say they save to the album, and I can find them on my phone, or in the app, and the photo sharing feature doesn't seem to work either. I'm disappointed with that aspect, otherwise though, it's a great app, and the kids can learn a lot

Why does a children`s ap require contacts, Phonecalls and sms permissions ? Registration and log in failed multiple times despite correct info, when it did finally log in we found it difficult to scan, most countries won't scan at all and when it does connect to AR it drops out with the slightest of movement.

Once we finally got the AR to work, we've found it incredibly temperamental. It will only work in certain lighting conditions, and won't work at all if there is the slightest reflection on it. On the very rare occasions that it does scan the globe, the AR is fantastic. Just a shame we can't enjoy it more often.
