About this app

OJ crisis management mobile application is a crisis command and control center for the crisis management teams (CMT) at Orange Jordan. It provides the CMT with immediate, simplified and easy access to OJ Crisis thresholds, business continuity plans, crisis communication information, and executive dashboards.
The purpose of this application is to facilitate rapid and adequate response to any disturbing event that might lead to crisis in addition to providing an overall status of certain crisis events which facilitates decision making for the Strategic Command during the crisis. This is achieved by providing the following information:
• Crisis Thresholds:
Thresholds are the triggers that are defined to identify the severity of different interruption scenarios and are used as a reference for the strategic command to decide the announcement of crisis and the severity at which the level of Crisis will be invoked with three levels of crisis defined at OJ: Pre-Alert, Yellow or Red Crisis.
• Crisis Bridge:
The Bridge is a dedicated virtual room for CMT to meet and discuss the crisis details based on the request of the crisis executive. This part of the mobile application displays the bridge number, service code and personal codes defined for the different commands of the CMT.
• Business Continuity Plans:
This part of the mobile application lists the business continuity plans developed to protect the employees and customers and ensure the business continuity for OJ services at an acceptable level in line with the company’s strategic vision through various preventive and reactive measures.
• Executive Dashboards:
This part of the mobile application offers the strategic commands with executive dashboards to build the crisis analysis and business continuity monitoring KPIs.
• Send Notification:
This section of the mobile app is used by the Business Continuity and Crisis Manager to send updates or to inform the application users of any urgent meetings specifying the date, time and location of the meeting and bridge details if needed.
