Poor UI: screens overloaded with useless info but missing important info. "The best" feature (???) : you have to type two times on the last page to close a call. Otherwise the info will be cleared out and you will start over. Another feature(?): this app reloads screens time to time (I guess this is the auto sync). Needless to say the all entered on the page data will be lost.

One of the worst apps I have on my phone. Continuesly have to delete download the app to log into it. It's doesn't happen all the time but often enough to be irritated with it.

too many updates more crashes than I'd like and things constantly change on it although to be honest that last one could be due to the company I work for that uses it

Worked great until 4 pm today. Now it constantly crashes. Have to clear cache and data in order to log in again. Works for 10 mins, if I'm lucky, just to start all over again

I wish I could give this 0 stars. It constantly logs me out, capturing customer signatures is incredibly glitchy, it insists on tracking my location which kills my battery life, and I have had to reinstall it twice in one week to be able to capture signatures and access account notes. Everything ran smoothly on my chrome browser before I was forced to migrate to this terribly broken and glitchy app.

Terrible. Constantly freezing on Samsung A40. Seems to be happening more following a recent upgrade. Constantly having to force stop or uninstall completely. Absolute rubbish

Oracle Field Service allows workers to easily access, execute and manage work-related activities and ongoing communications from their mobile device. This includes retrieving activities, managing routes, viewing activity details, providing activity updates, managing inventory, communicating with peers, etc. The app works when the mobile worker does not have internet connectivity and automatically synchronizes any actions taken while offline when connectivity is established.
When used with Oracle Field Service Smart Location, Professional or Enterprise, functionality is extended to continually gather a mobile workers coordinates when the app is running in the background.
