The Oracle team that designed this app, and PC version of Sales Cloud clearly has never tried using the tool themselves in a way their customers would out in the field. (log activity, access info, gain HQ insights) What should be a simple CRM task of entering the details of a real world task you just completed , instead takes you twice as long as the actual real world task you are trying to log. Terrible UI, complete lack of functionality, absolutely no ease of use. The PC version is even worse. GRADE D-
