JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Manage My Work Orders Disconnected for Mobile Tablet application allows maintenance technicians to review and update equipment work orders that they are assigned to. After selecting a work order from the list in the left side pane (search and filter ability for the list), the user will be able to see some core fields for the work order, update the work order status and actual finish date, see a map of the equipment site and geo-coordinates, see and add notes and view photos. The user will also be able to issue listed parts to the work orders.

This application has been updated to enable users to view and edit work orders when they are disconnected from the network. To successfully make changes to work orders using the disconnected method, users must load their tablet device with work order data from the server while they are connected to the network. They can then disconnect, and make changes to their work order records while away from the office. When they are reconnected to the network, users can upload their changes back to the EnterpriseOne server.

You must be a user of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Capital Asset Management with mobile services configured by your administrator. Contact your IT department for the final step to configure this mobile application with your business data on your device.
