This hasn't been updated in a year and it hasn't worked reliably since 2015. You'll have to get the old version if you want to be able to actually log in and read your emails. Google "firstclass go open text 1.5 apkpure" and click on the first result. You'll also have to enable installing 3rd party apps in settings to be able to download and install the .apk file, but if you spend the time doing that, it'll still be faster than waiting for this to be updated again. The old versionactually works.

Ive installed and uninstalled this app severeal times in the last 10 minutes just trying to get the login button to work. And when the login button finally did work, it sat on a loading screen for several minutes, with no progress whatsoever. My school district uses this for their email system, and I'd love to be able to check my school email during the day, when I dont have time to sit down at a computer.

WARNING!! App does not work, however thats the least of your worries. After downloading the Mac OS program, I realized it was packaged with a trojan, meaning OpenText, the created of FirstClass as abysmal security. I would not trust having this app on my phone, as God only knows who's compromised it as well, and seeing as it asks for permission to access things on your device, you have no way of knowing who is actually accessing your personal data, and wether they work for OpenText or not.

Before the update, I was able to access my work email. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!! Fix the bugs so that Android users can be productive as well. I have all of the information put into the system correctly but the app won't even log in. :( Android users need access!

I'll give it one star rather than the zeros everyone is throwing around, I mean give them credit: the app was smart enough to save me hours of frustration by not letting me log in. :) I guess I'll have to use the 2-star alternative: typing https:/serverURL into a browser.

Horribly unreliable UI, that cuts out and short circuits when you try to reply to an email. It does, however, consistently notify you of new emails. Installed for work, would not have installed otherwise. Please take this app off the sidelines and spend some time developing it!
