I really like the app but lately, I've been experiencing the same issues as stated on the other reviews. Today I received a call and the callers phone did not appear. Please let us know if the new update is causing issues or if this matter can be resolved. I use this OpenPhone app for my screen printing business and I don't want to lose customers.

At first it was great but over the past year it's become increasingly more glitchy with tech issues, they don't make additions or changes on requests or suggestions and now they've removed the ability to get help from a human directly and quickly. Cheap quick option for a virtual phone and is easy to set up,so that's why not just one star. But it's definitely not suitable for growing businesses, and they show no signs of working toward that goal.

So far I have been very disappointed. Almost nothing works as described. It seems to offer a lot of nice functions (that I don't need). My calls cannot be answered, most outgoing calls do not work correctly with multiple attempts, text messaging is hit or miss. Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. The incoming text alerts don't work most of the time. And forget about using your contacts. They have to be imported using an Excel spreadsheet or typed in one by one. THEN THEY DONT EVEN WORK.

When I attempt to end a call by pressing the red button, the call does not end even if i quit the app. I even tried restarting my phone,and when it restarted,I did not open any apps. When I came back to my phone a few minutes later, I heard a voice asking if I wwantto add to a voice-mail recording. It then said it sent the message. I don't know who the message was sent to. This is crazy. Please help. I can't have your app sending my private conversations recorded to who knows where while the app

New user. Having billing issues and no way to talk to customer service quickly. Frustrating. We paid a year on advance ($156) for our account and have also been charged $23/month on top of that. I'm not sure what for. Today, I invited my wife to help manage the account and it never asked me to approve an additional yearly fee. Next thing i know we are getting an email for another $156 fee. Not happy and now I can't reach anyone to discuss.

About an year ago, when I started using the app, it worked pretty well. Then, with updates it became worse. Now I don't receive notifications for texts, and miss a lot of call because of that. Hopefully, they will fix it soon. Update: Some issues were fixed. Thanks
