Gets two stars because it when it works it works. Wants location access all the time. Wants to turn off battery optimization. Only way to turn it off is to force stop. There is no reason this needs to run all the time, with my location, without the ability to shut it off or optimize the battery usage, to open the door to the gym once a day. It is better to use a fob than this app; unfortunately charter is pushing everyone to use this app instead so they won't give it any more fobs.

Only have this so I can access my gym during hours without employees. Why does it require location services AT ALL TIMES? (BTW anyone reading this, you can set it to only use it while app is in use and it will still work. It shows that there is a permissions settings error but it does still work). why does it run in the background even after I close the app? Why do I have to force stop it EVERY time after I gain access to the gym?

Worked great until a few days ago. Now it always shows every gym door as unlocked, even though they aren't, and I can't unlock a door because of it. And it can't find nearby readers

Won't install on s20. Multiple initial install attempts through Google play froze on "pending." Force install via Google account finally force loaded the app. Multiple uninstall/install attempts. Multiple token email retrys. Sticks at blue wheel of death. Won't load entries. Called tech support. Edit: Token authorization fail due to ABC Financial, not Open Path.

Sometimes it work other times it doesn't. The system COSTCO stores on their gas pumps is perfect. In this case using your membership as key. Check it out. Carry towels, cell phone, water, and other items makes entry, clumsy.

Good app and system. Not perfect, but I'm happy we have it. Relies heavily in your office admin (not me) configuring and calibrating things well. It's especially frustrating when you're nearby a door, such as in an office on the other side of a wall from a service entrance. I wish they offered beacons to place in such areas so the app could figure that out and suppress more false positive events.
