This app is for the delivery contractors, not for the consumer. The activation code will come from an ontrac supervisor. This should be titled "non consumer app" so not to be confused with a consumer app. Not surprising ontrac doesn't have a consumer app, goes well with the poor service from their contractors. Delivery to wrong address, damaged deliveries, packages left in the street, and on one occasion, package was thrown out of the car window as they drove past the driveway!!! Worst ever co.

WOW! AWFUL & HIDEOUS app! I click on Open and go to the next page. There, it asks for both my phone number AND my activation key (which I was never given)! But, then I decide to fill in what I can. So, I BEGIN to type in my phone number. But, each time I start to type, it completely messes up the order of numbers & parentheses (eg - "9(298)", and it messed it up over and over again). Then, I wrote it w/o the parentheses, but STILL, it put the parentheses in, like, "63)3(45". GLITCHES!

Developer doesn't respond to issues and support doesn't respond to emails. Major issues like errors closing out. Can't have an app that doesn't perform basic functions! If it worked I'd give 5 stars it's quicker than using a scanner if you have a decent camera on your phone.

Better than scanners. Having trouble finding a compatible laser scanner. Bluetooth scanners connect to the app, but the app doesn't recognize the information. An update or compatible laser would make this app perfect!

Exceptional app, a few bugs keep making it to where I have to restart my phone so stops will need to sync. And for some weird reason I can't check for unders or get my scanner to say I'm cleared out. Overall I'm pleased with it.

add a take a picture detail when clear to leave at house so we dont have hear cannot locate or have go back to find it the app is great could be better but it is better than old scanners also can add map with pin point location of the stops so we dont havr use roadwarrior or other applications
