Terrible Constantly onto the company as connection is always lost. They always blame the device and get the usual "turn it off and on again". Update 05/12/2020. No change. Won't even connect today even after reinstalling the app!

Unreal how bad this app is. Doing a quarterly validation test should take less than 15 minutes. Instead by the time I call tech help and talk to multiple people to get it to finally work right I've spent multiple hours.

Bluetooth issue? InTemp couldn't connect to Samsung S10. Other devices can connect to the S10. InTemp could connect to an old Samsung S5
