downloaded to chromebook, but MX2301A doesn't connect. Useless. They updated to the "A" model and now you need the newest devices (except a chromebook) to connect to the hobo logger. POS As it turns out, even though they say that the new model only has an upgrade on the sensor, it also has what appears an upgrade on the Bluetooth version. It appears that the new A models use BT 4 and the older models used like BT 2.x or something. We are using an iPad2 (which has BT 2.x on it) and it can talk to the older HOBO's but cannot talk to the new A models. So it is more than just a sensor upgrade.

Exporting (sharing) the data as either .xls or .csv files screws up the recorded sample times. Sometimes by hours. Tech support unable to resolve issue. The only solution is to export as .hobo, open on my desktop in HoboWare Pro and export from there as .csv.

This app does not work, it stays frozen on the main menu screen and I can't do anything, I closed the app several times and it's the same issue. I can't use my hobo logger MX1101 now

couldn`t connect to new logger (it had been one year since previous install). called tech support. fixed in 5 minutes by having me update HOBOmobile. good job.

App opens, but when trying to connect to mx2203 temperature loggers crashes every time making the loggers essentially useless. Very disappointed.
