Frozen login has frustrated me for the last time. I use to use the app on my cell phone, no problems, but recently had a upgraded. Switched most of my info and apps over no problem till it comes to logging back into this app. I put in my information to login and when I hit the button to login to my account it does absolutely positively nothing. It won't load to go to the next page, it won't say if the information entered is incorrect, it won't do anything as if it is frozen or nonresponsive.

It isn't what it used to be. Filtering by location I don't even have the option to select any major cities in my state. And the search results mostly involve states other than the one I'm searching in. Used to be much better

I can't find anything in my area. My city isn't even listed, and when I choose the nearest one, it freezes.

I gave 2 stars for the concept. Love the idea but I could not use it. The app just kept scrolling like a web page with too much media (photos, videos, animated ads, etc.) and never allowed me the opportunity to find a full service online beauty supply that is black owned. I'm going to keep the app for now. Maybe I tried at a high traffic time. I will try again later and adjust my review accordingly. UPDATE: It's all good, now. Maybe it was a high traffic time.

The app is no good. I would love to use it. The first issue I experienced was I couldn't log in using Facebook even though you give that option. Second, I tried hitting the nearby icon so it would know my location and it did not adjust. Third, I was shown businesses in multiple locations that I am not near. Last, I attempted to use the search engine. It did not allow me to use it.

I travel a lot and this app initially appeared to be phenomenal. I have submit numerous business for BWS. Unfortunately none of the business in my area that would qualify have been contacted/listed. Gives the impression there are 3 in my city. It leads me to believe it could be possible for other areas. I have tried to contact BWS several times over the last year with no result. I didnt want to give a low review. Perhaps there was an error on my part nonetheless with the lack of communication I am not able to give this app, at this time, a positive rating.
