There are a couple issuew with this app, the first is that when you open it there is no logical way to get to your account. I have to press the information icon at the veey bottom left and then work backwards to sign into my account. The second is this app is SLOW. I cant pay my bill on the app because it just sits there and spins so i end up having to use the website anyway... I have an android phone so maybe it works better with iphones but I dont know.

Well, that was the biggest waste of an install. This should really be an app to pay bills, NOT what to do if you smell rotten eggs in your house. Uninstalling.

Utterly useless. It's a vehicle for blog content and emergency numbers that you can easily find with a quick Google search. You can't access your account.

This needs to be a bill pay app not just a phone number app what a waste of coding and a waste of money for NWNatural so shame on them for wastefulness.

No way to see your account balance. What's the point. It only gives you a number to call. Really don't waste your time.

This should really be an app that a person can use to pay their bill and check their account becuse it would make more semse then just on how to call gas line for smelling gas. Its really juat a useless app.
