The app continually crashed? It was annoying to have to scroll through all the examples. I would prefer it if I could look at then only if I needed a reminder. The Yes and No more mail buttons overlapped each other. I was not able to go back and edit a mail item after I had completed it,, when I realized I had made an incorrect choice.

Positive: I was able to use it to successfully complete the survey. Negative: It crashed a lot. Twice I couldn't fill out the form correctly due to an app issue.

Pretty easy to use, did crash on me once. Only big issue is that there's no way to go back and edit submitted mail pieces.

I couldn't tell how the total pieces of mail was totalled at the end. It didn't seem corollated with the photos I took. Im very glad the photo function was there...if I made a mistake, someone from usps can double check what I've entered. Thank you for so thoughtfully constructing this!

It kept crashing when i tried to open the app. Sometimes would do 10+ times before it would finally open.

Confusing with no directions given about what you are supposed to take a picture of exactly. One of the days totalled incorrectly so it is inaccurate and you can't go back to edit.
