The NSPIRE (National Standards for Physical Inspection of Real Estate) Mobile App is a tool used by Public Housing Authorities (PHA) to conduct efficient and accurate housing inspections for Housing Choice Vouchers (HCV), Low-Income Public Housing (LIPH), and Multi-Family developments. NSPIRE follows the HUD (U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development) NSPIRE guidelines by ensuring compliance with a streamlined inspection process.

The release of NSPIRE mobile version 1.0.0 is now available in the app store. It is important that you complete the following steps in the order outlined: 1) Upgrade to Elite version 2.5 or above; 2) Upgrade to API version 0.0.76; 3) Download NSPIRE mobile from the App Store.

App Permissions
