About this app

Axle is a one-of-a-kind unique App for end-to-end garage management & an easy-to-use productivity tool which provides a truly differentiated digital experience to the customers.
It is an Automobile CRM, Customer Engagement & Retention platform through which service transactions history & records are maintained.

The App is simple to use by any workshop employee for recording and maintaining the digital job-card of the garage as well as enable real-time tracking updates to the customers.

Axle is currently used across multiple Authorized and Multi-brand garages – ranging from premium to the normal workshops – across all sizes and categories. It is used in Bosch-authorized, my TVS and Mahindra first choice service centers along with brand-authorized centers.

Axle does multiple functions to digitize the garage eco-system and all of them are listed below:

• End-to-end workshop management through a single interface - At any point in time, you can monitor the total number of vehicles attended to and delivered in a single mobile platform

• Digital Job-card

• Real-time tracking for the customer during service – from check-in

• Service Reminder - so that you can keep track of the service follow-ups without fail.

• Customer Rating and Review - on every transaction

• Customer Chat support

• Promotional Messaging - Simple way to send out promotional SMS for every inbound and outbound calls on the phones where App is installed

• Collect easy online payments through the payment system in Axle

• Maintain history of past transactions and previous rating & review - which you can check on the move in a single App

• Upload photos of the customer’s vehicle for tracking purpose and visibility to the customer to bring transparency during service

• Email your auto-generated Billing and Invoice for each transaction directly from Axle

App Permissions

Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows an application to initiate a phone call without going through the Dialer user interface for the user to confirm the call.
Allows an application to receive SMS messages.
Allows an application to read SMS messages.
Allows an application to send SMS messages.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Required to be able to access the camera device.
Allows access to the vibrator.
Allows an application to read from external storage.
Allows an application to write to external storage.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows an application to see the number being dialed during an outgoing call with the option to redirect the call to a different number or abort the call altogether.
Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.
Allows an app to create windows using the type TYPE_APPLICATION_OVERLAY, shown on top of all other apps.
Allows modification of the telephony state - power on, mmi, etc.
Allows applications to disable the keyguard if it is not secure.
