วิธีการใช้สิทธิ์ โครงการคนละครึ่ง

รัฐบาทจะจ่ายเงินให้ 50% ของมูลค่าสินค้า สำหรับผู้มีสิทธิ์ลงทะเบียนรับเงิน ได้แก่

-ไม่รวมล็อตเตอรี่ เครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ ยาสูบ และการบริการ
