It's a very nice initiatives from IT department. Perhaps syncing the assigned task with our smart phone alarm system would be more useful. Moreover, reporting the assigned task is difficult to catch; an easier option is required. Finally, there should be options for sub-category of a task and comments from supervisor for feedback. I hope good luck to this app.
