App is very useful until you forget your credentials. If you try and reset your password or forget your username and try and click on the "forgot username/password" the app does nothing and closes! So you can't reset your password or look up username. Your completely locked out!

Tried using this app to pay for my car and it just keeps shutting down. Super inconvenient and a waste of time. Highly thinking of transferring th loan to my personal bank where I can at least pay for my car!

I purchased a new car and am having issues logging in and now I can not get logged into the anything. When trying to select forgot username/password the whole thing shuts down!!!!!!! How do I fix this so I can arrange my payments??????
