More often than not I get an error that it can't read, or the item doesn't exist, then when I finally get it to read the code, when I click on redeem it will often not register that I have hit redeem and I have to try again. I MUCH prefer a regular QR scan program.

Most merchants will sit down with batches of items to scan. This app takes you to a history screen every time you scan something, which is an extra step to get back to scanning. Then when you scan, you have to tap the redeem button, then tap ANOTHER redeem button. This is making what should be a simple scan-redeem-scan-redeem action much more of a hassle than necessary.
