Compared to the web version, the app is a disaster. Across the web and app, the user interface is depressingly sad. Disappointing, to say the least.

It is a good application and a very thoughtful design. I did not try all the features , so I can't comment on everything , which needs a long review. I added a custom tab and a custom select field within it. I do not have any problem with adding values to the custom field on the desktop application. I think the mobile application has some bugs, because the custom tab does appear on the mobile application without the select field and its values that is really frustrating to a new user. The application can't show the custom field and its values. Also it shows an extra tab called " data enrichment" that you won't see on the desktop application when you add or edit a contact. If an application shows this error on a basic feature , it would more likely to show more errors on other features or functions. It indicates the product was not tested properly . I do not expect it from Nimble. I would recommend to test the app properly before they release it as it might ruin the reputation of the product. The design of the product is excellent. It could be enhanced and tuned to be at the top of the list. I think few features could be tuned to make it more user friendly.

I often use Nimble on my desktop however the app is borderline useless for how I use it. Stored contacts are there but contact searches often fail (even with correct spelling) and the custom task I created that updates the last contacted date (I'm outside sales so most of my contact is face to face) isn't available on the app meaning I have to take notes while out on my routes and then retype them all in once I get back to a desktop. I like Nimble as a whole, just not the app.

I’ve used one CRM for 15 years however it was a little clunky when it came to sales and follow-ups – great for recruitment and invoicing but I always had a gap with my follow up calls. I’ve been using Nimble consistently now for nearly a year and my follow-ups are under control – I love the send and track feature and the main screen with my overdue calls highlighted keeps me on track. Definitely very happy with my investment and thank you to Ross Keating for the valuable input and support he's provided with getting things setup. I have also used their online help desk for support/questions/advice and found them to be very responsive and also highly accurate when it came to sorting out my questions.

Nimble shows recent contacts first. For me, thats not helpful. Nimble isn't moving clients into position based on conversations. And I can't remove them. My dead bestie shows as my most common contact. Hes been dead 2 years. The fact I can't choose what I see, a definite star drop. I don't see an option to see "messages". A star drop. Communication is the first and foremost for my business. Responding to prospects and clients and tracking these responses is my main priority.

After using various CRM systems including Salesforce, Less Annoying CRM and others, Nimble is the last CRM we will be using, the simple fact that it's easy to use, has a proper app for when we are on the road, pulls information in from social feeds, it's all good! 5 Stars
