I love doing these surveys! and the pay is great compared to other apps of the sort!

I love pinecone but the app doesn't work very well after the last update it's basically unusable it won't come up at all just shows a white screen

Super lame app. I have been with Pincone for years now & stopped using them because the surveys became slow & very unresponsive. The support is ONE PERSON (Karen Scott) whom you get the impression is overwhelmed. Even after YEARS, when I said I was unsubscribing, there was no response & the very next day, I had 3 spam emails from weird companies. Obviously she immediately sold my email after I quit them. What a loyal company. If you want to do slow surveys with lackluster support, download app.

Easy to use app. You don't get alot of surveys but it's still a great app to make a little extra money now and then. I've done 2 surveys in the past 1 or 2 and each survey pays $3.00, so $6 bucks i can cash out if I need to for just a little bit of time

Much better than using Web browser to access my details and redeem. I know this is in its initial development stages but it would be good to be able to do the surveys in the app rather than be redirected to a Web browser, sometimes I struggle to complete a survey via Web browser as the blue continue button doesn't always appear. If able to do this 5 stars! Cannot fault pinecone research earnt just under £70 so far - cannot complain.

Does not work. Get a notification about a new survey. It loads the page (or attempts to). When it finally loads, instead of there being a survey, it opens to a web page thanking me for filling out the survey (I'm assuming from the very first one I completed that didn't load properly either)
