It's truly a useless app. I tried to sign up and I waited for about an hr with strong internet connection yet, it didn't work. I attempted to repeat the process, a pop up surfaced with the message: NETAPPS 0009: Invalid (Entry Already Exist). I attempted using the entries I imputed earlier, this time, NETAPPS 0122: Invalid Userword or Password popped up. Useless!!!

This is the worst mobile app I have ever used. I have not been able to login for a long time and now I have forgotten my password. I tried to reset my password but after inputting my NHF number, the reset token will be sent to my phone while the app will keep on loading non stop as long as you keep it on. It is not network issue because even when I have a strong network it's still the same, loading and saying " PLEASE WAIT " do I need to wait for one year or more?. PLEASE FIX THIS

The app is great. But, I wish you can add a statement download option for a user to be able to download his/her statement anytime he/she so wishes. This downloaded statement should be printable. Such printed statement could then be presented to any desk officer of fmbn at any office to check and help clear some perceived/noted grey areas on the account statement. Thank you.

No star. The App doesn't work! I downloaded the app, it asked me to type in my NHF number and to create a password which I did. On the next screen It asked me to type in the last four digits of phone number, I did and it sent me a reset code by SMS. Now to log in with my NHF number and the newly created password No WAY. I even tried the reset code still nothing works. PLEASE FIX IT, THE APP DOES NOT WORK.

i tried to register but doesn't go beyond the submit to enter the otp which had already been sent to my phone. i strongly believe it isn't network issue because my network is strong here. pls kindly improve on it for easy access.
