Unusable. I receive forwarded calls but the app doesn't allow me to answer them and will continue ringing my phone indefinitely. Have to reboot my phone to get the ringing to stop. Google Pixel 3

Edited: After posting the review below, Nextiva reached out and did troubleshooting with me. It now successfully works. My advice: if your app is messing up, call Nextiva and they will try their hardest to help. "Useless. I first installed it and every time I try to change the settings the app would give me an error. I uninstalled it and installed it back and now it gives me an error every time I log in so I can't even use the app anymore."

App is unusable.. Errors and crashing.. no alerts when calls are incoming and when they do come through I can't pickup because the app crashes. Outgoing calls gives me an error.. Working remote and this app is not helping. Terrible.. Update 6/21/2021 - App is still useless after updates. Missed calls, dropped calls, can't dial out, can't answer. This is as bad as it gets. Now it's my hurting my business.

Have had for a few years. Current version is useless. I need this to work. If I decline a call, the call notification won't go away. Sometime the app won't stop ringing after declining a call. I have to uninstall the app to make it stop ringing or reboot phone. Ridiculous. Its also slow to pop up incoming call notice and half of calls audio stops during call and I have to call client back from cell connection instead of app. Older version had glitches but better than this.

I do not understand why this app has gotten any decent recommendations. Everything about it is terrible. It's clunky and doesn't work right most of the time. It's expensive for what you get and most of the tech people can't figure out how to fix problems. I usually tinker around with it and figure it out. I had the perfect voice message and somehow it "disappeared." I checked it a couple of times and it was fine and by the time a client called and left a message it didn't work. Just recorded another one and it doesn't even pick up. Just generic voicemail. This app sucks!!

No way to disable ringer when you are in office without muting your cell phone or logging out of the app. Then you need to log back in. No way to save user information , does not support finger print to sign in... So signing out and back in Everytime you are in and out of your office is a royal PITA. If you put the app on DND it also puts your main phone on DND. ..seams like this would be a "Basic" feature . RINGER MUTE.
