Sitting on a running chainsaw would be more productive. App has always crashed at random, regardless of what device its on. Still crashes when trying to scan equipment. Loads slowly when manually entering equipment. Crashes when entering rooms. On top of the problems they add useless features instead of fixing the core app... The app we need to make money. Good job 11/10 would loose time and money again.

This app constantly crashes during data input, resulting in loss of data when you reboot it, both on iOS and Android software devices. This causes job delays and increased labor rates because of having to reenter the data multiple times. Also, it is entirely too secure. It sometimes requests a fingerprint, 4 digit pass code punched in 2 times and all log in data to be reentered. Also, if you don't use it for 5 minutes, it auto logs you out. My banking app is less secure than this, there is no need for it. Handwritten documents that are photographed and emailed have prooven to be significantly faster and more accurate. This app is trash and it's a shame that we are forced to use it. Worst thing to happen to the industry.

Please stop "fixing" things in this app. I spend more time waiting for it to work than I do using it. Can no longer open jobs to monitor if I'm offline and constantly crashing. For every 2 changes made to this app 1 thing is ruined every time. Make it work, and that's it. Please stop.

This app isn't bad. It does crash a lot. There used to be a button to remove all equipment when closing a job. It is now gone. When removing equipment you have to do it one at a time and everytime you remove something it goes back to atmospheric page. This needs fixed. If this was fixed and crashes were fixed would have no problem rating 5 stars.

Absolutely hate it. Doesn't work. Cost us money because it doesn't work. It is useless. Just make it so it functions. Keep it simple

NO GOOD APP! Crashes, it's slow, hurts vpass score if it shuts down. Syncing is slow af. If I can would not even give it 1 star.
