Wasted 2 hours on the phone with Netgear support. The rep had me restart and reset my WiFi router for TWO HOURS STRAIGHT. If Netgear thinks that I'll buy another product from them considering their lack of knowledge on how to provide customer support or their gross inability to troubleshoot problems with their OWN devices then they are WRONG. Figure out how to actually give SUPPORT to your customers and make NON-DEFECTIVE DEVICES. This app is a waste of space on your phone and in NO way will it resolve your problems, you're better off buying a different product from a different manufacturer.

Chat and phone contact methods don't work in the app. What is the point of this app if it doesn't allow you to contact Netgear for support?
