o Creates a downloadable POS for merchants with suitable NFC Android phones
• The XipPOS App extends the existing set of XipPOS terminals – the standard the LT variants.
• They can co-exist in a given deployment easily and each merchant can choose what is appropriate for them.
• The App builds on the robust and field-proven XLA mechanism to make the app extensible with new services, while retaining control on the services on the server.

Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
