It is pointless to download the app as it doesn't do anything. The company is not good to work with and they don't actually want to honor their replacement policy as I submitted a claim that I still never got a response on months ago. Supposedly the whole point of the app is to register your device and information but yet they can't seem to pull up your information from where you made the purchase. Don't waste your time.

App doesn't show my current (free) plan, not sure with purchased plan, though I properly activated it and even got a confirmation email. Contacted support but was basically useless, didn't even understand the problem after weeks and multiple emails/chat. For example, they kept asking for screenshots I sent multiple times already. Was going to get a paid plan for my wife's phone, but When we found out how bad the service was, switching to an alternative provider was a no-Brainer. Uninstalling.

I just bought a Galaxy A7 2018 with free Nanofixit insurance worth 5000php valid for 12mos. I installed and registered it 4days ago and it was working. But when I tried checking in on the app it kept saying "sorry wrong data received from server" something like that. And when I tried opening the link from their confirmation email the message says ACCOUNT HAS BEEN SUSPENDED. Why?

When the app updated, my profile information disappeared and I got someone else's profile registered under my account. I got their email, phone, and IMEI. I'm afraid that someone else also has my personal information. This is a major Information breach and a security risk. I wouldn't trust this company to protect my device if they couldn't even protect my personal information.

I bought a Galaxy S10e with included Nano Fixit warranty. The app won't accept the registration numbers for the warranty. Update: After several days after several emails, they finally gave me a new registration number which worked on the app. I hope you fix your email setting not to block customer emails which causes frustration in replying back to you.

Invalid Card ID!!! I received a screen cracking insurance and registration card valid for 30 days with a PHP 10k value after purchasing a samsung phone but while registering, it says I have invalid card. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app but still did not accept the details found in the card. Please do something about it! Help!
