Terlalu banyak bugs. Sudah berbulan2 yg lalu saya report, sekian lama kemudian baru di respon dan hanya di catat tanpa ada perbaikan bug sama sekali hingga detik ini. UI yang tiba2 berubah total tanpa pemberitahuan sangat membingungkan ditambah lagi tidak ada training ulang terkait perubahan UI ini. Satu2nya fitur yg membantu saya yaitu table management malah dihilangkan tanpa pemberitahuan apapun. Aplikasi tidak bisa digunakan untuk selling malah cenderung merepotkan. Sudah saya uninstall.

dikarenakan sales yang dtg ke tempat saya tidak profesional. dan susahnya sy tlp ke customer service. jadi sy tulis disini. biar dibaca. sy mau komplain soal sales yg janji mau ngajarin soal go resto. udah 2 minggu. ga dtg dtg. wa jg ga dibaca. tlp customer service jg ga ada yg angkat. kecewa bgt. ketauan pake bon tulis aja.
