This has got to be one of the best apps I have ever used. So well thought out and incredibly user friendly. Havent had a hitch with it since day one and the shipping just works seamlessly. Very refreshing to have access to such a useful app. And their fees are very reasonable for the value received. Just looking at the other reviews I really dont know why the other users are battling. I haven't had a problem since day 1. Weird.

They are excruciatingly slow, especially when you buy add on. Shipping costs are higher than average, so they could be making money in shipping through commissions. They will charge extra for every single additional thing. Advance payment of taxes includes some fee that you have to pay to THEM!

The app is only good for crashing and the service is garbage. These people have serious confidentiality issues and it's slow and expensive with poor customer service. Perfect storm. I recommend finding another reshipper.

Expensive crashes a lot and poor customer service. I recommend MyMallBox because it's cheaper and has better customer service.

Need to add chat feature on this app. I don't understand why does web version and app version doesn't have chat feature. It is important because that is the only way to solve customer problem quickly.
