The app is supposed to facilitate reporting problems but everything still ends up sending an email. After receiving a reply from support, and nothing has been done yet, they are already asking for feedback on their non-existent support.

i have been encountering issues with sky and their app ever since i had it installed. statement of bills doesn't load and it doesn't notify me at all and the app is so slow the same goes with their website and the internet connection is not stable . i feel like I'm not getting the service I'm paying for. very poor customer service as well may it be through email or live agent on the phone.

This app dont even work at all. Edit: This app and the remote app. It would only let me check and pay the balance. Whatever i clicked it will be routed to the website. You shoule make it easier for your customers. Fix your app and let your customers utilize it. Add an option to call you using the app like othee service provider.

I seldom check out the app and when I do, there are several instances when the "Please connect to the internet." message appears, even if the app is updated and the internet is stable. This issue needs to be addressed.
