Two hours ago I went to pay my auto taxes and it sounded so easy, but low and behold access to e-check payments is not easy at all. So now here I am trying to download the HCConnect app and I can ONLY download it to my phone or notebook, not to my computer. I could not add my computer to the list that you have (and when did you get it from????). Yes, I am a wee bit upset.

It's great to have a resource like this app. My only complaint is that the crime feature doesn't seem to work. I know for fact that several vehicles in my neighborhood were broken into 2 nights ago. Nothing on the app. My HOA notified me to bolo for any suspicious activity in the light of the break ins. It would be great if the app could update in real time when a crime is reported.

Pretty impressed with the options and information. Would it be possible to have the weather added? Be great. Does the app display any PS warnings?

The app freezes up every time I use it. Needs alot of work to make it more user friendly.

Installed the app and went through all the questions. Was able to look at it in time. Now the app won't open. Very disappointed.
