This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing MDL Mobile on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. Downloaded newest version and now have no way to see vehicle locations.

This app is definitely useful, but could use a few tweaks. Dispatch of vehicles like that found in the browser version would be great! Edit : Today marked the beginning of my vacation. I turned off my mdl notifications, but at 7:30 am on the dot I started getting guest arrivals. So i logged out of mdl completely. I'm still getting notifications! I'm going to have to Uninstall the app so I can enjoy not being at work... Thanks for that.

It should do an automatic scan like the Carfax app instead of pushing a scan button, and sometimes it takes more than 5 seconds to scan two vin or bar codes. And if you're not fast enough you have to rescan both all over again! This is quite annoying! Especially if you have a lot of inventory to scan. Fix those things I've mentioned and my review will get better
