This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing MYBOS Resident on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

Okay, but not used a lot. Could benefit by having a notification function to allow users to see if there is a new post.

Interface for booking facilities is horrible. Available time slots are displayed only when you start booking and choose the date. It causes a lot of unnecessary clicks trying to find something available. Having a calendar with all time slots displayed on one screen would be more convenient. Multiple bookings per one time slot also doesn't work. If the facility allows 5 people per time slot, that means 5 people should be able to book. At the moment, time slot closes after one booking.

What a crappy app! Have to use this ridiculous thing for our apartment building and most of the time it doesn't work. This time it's the maintenance request form that isn't working. Keeps going back to the beginning of the form after submitting. This app needs be overhauled from the ground up

I must say, after reading the reviews, and then experiencing an issue reported in at least one of those reviews for myself - how embarrassing for the developer to release such a poor attempt for an app. Could not even login, get error "no value for message".

I had difficulty logging on and don't seem to be able to download the app. My confidence in the site is low after everyone's details were sent to everyone. I had no idea what it was and thought it was spam. Let's hope the Body corporate can do better in the future.

It's ok, a bit flaky. Currently stuck in a login loop... Will uninstall and try again for now. Reinstalled, logs me in again now does not accept a new maintenance request. .. lowering to one star

We are excited to release the first version of the MYBOS Resident Portal App!

This app can be used by residents who live in a building that runs the MYBOS Management System. It allows you to interact with your Building Manager, Concierge staff or any other staff that work in your building/faciltiy.

- View Documents & Forms that have been uploaded by your Building/Facility Manager
- View Notices and Announcements from your Building/Facility Manager
- Track your signed in and signed out Keys
- Receive notifications for new Parcel's awaiting Collection
