Asks to download hris 5.4, but never opens in 5.4 or no option to go for the older version. Keep on trying but not able to login for more than 12day. Very irritating.

I'm not able to login my id in my phone can you look into this issue whenever I'm reset my pin it's showing we have send your pin at your email id and mobile number i have not received any response from your side can you resolve that issue because we are not able to go to our office and put the attendance but our company has given the option but you are not doing anything on that issue.Your app always "showing device id not found, unable to resend the pin" that very pathetic service for your's.

While starting the apps it's showing "your registration limit exceeded , delete the account one more device, I have been using this apps on Same mobile but after updation of Android version 10 , it is asking for sign-up... After putting the details it's asking for above mentioned error....
