MTN BizApp is a free mobile app targeted for use by SME subscribers to the MTN network. MTN BizApp is a mobile app that primarily creates a business account for you, the business owner, on Facebook and Instagram and provides ease of management of your social media accounts from the comfort of your mobile phone while leveraging the MTN platform. It also integrates the essentials of your SME prepaid products and services that you subscribe to enabling you have seamless access via a channel that is second nature to you; your mobile phone.

MTN BizApp is a free app that provides a central place where you can market your business using social media and messaging, interact with other businesses and get quick access to MTN’s services and for quick support. The app is specifically designed to foster online awareness and marketing of its goods and services through social media and messaging.

The solution provides the following main features;

a. BizApp Social Account. This feature allows you to register your business with Facebook and Instagram. It provides easy access to check you social media and engage your many customers who are in your social media network

b. BizApp Messaging Services. This feature provides ability for you to send messages to other registered businesses within the community of BizApp users making it easy to engage and sell your services to businesses in other industries

c. BizApp Business Directory. The directory contains address and phone numbers of businesses that are registered on the BizApp community. Armed with such information, you are only a phone call away from your potential customers or business partners

d. BizApp Customer Service. This feature enables you raise issues to MTN for instant support. Once you raise the issues, a MTN support personnel will receive the message and respond to you immediately
