Had to resign up, bit annoying. Edit: As of 2023, it's worked quite well. Actually impressed. Bit annoying when you've ordered over £12 worth of goods to get delivery, and you get a phone call, saying they don't have half of what you've ordered, especially the one thing you originally wanted. It's annoying as the app shows as it in stock, which is why I ordered it.

great little shopping app, some good deals and prices at the Pall mall shop in chorley. friendly staff and quick delivery, the app uses so much power though, I'm a delivery driver for them and it zapps my battery life, it also keeps turning itself off. When you sign for a delivery it won't go to the next screen, you have to close all running apps and restart the app

After using this app all the time for the last 2 years or so... they apparently no longer offer this service in my area? App just says coming to your area soon??? The app isn't great to be honest. Not much to choose from and over priced and then to get a service charge, bag charge(no option to say no bags) then delivery charge is a bit much. Maybe its a good thing its no longer available.

Great service(edit 10/23. I used to always order from one particular shop and always spent more than £30/£40 then was waiting on my delivery so phoned the shop only to be told they didn't have a driver so never got my stuff and also had to wait a few days to get my money back what I had paid on my card. Also you used to get free delivery if over £30 but I notice its now £40. I've never used that particular shop again so it's them losing out as I used to put an order in every night.

I've used Snappy Shopper a few times, but it's not for me. The selection of shops that are on there, are small overpriced convenience stores, and they rarely have what is advertised in stock. You are then charged a service fee, on top of delivery. The problem is that most of the time you order, most things are out of stock, they then just cancel the items instead of a quick curtosy call suggesting a replacement if you wish, so you pay £3 delivery for 1 item. Too expensive.

Never had any issues using this. There are only two local stores that use Snappy Shopper, but I've ordered quite a lot of times and have had no issues. Once, there were items out of stock, so the store actually rang me to let me know and told me the alternatives, so I had a choice of them or a refund. Another time, they were stuck in traffic due to an RTA and let me know via phone call aswell which was really good of them. Always deliver on time and the delivery guys from the stores are fab 👌
