Very poorly designed. Downloaded the app for using the food delivery service. Items from the different menus cannot be collected into a single cart. Expected a lot more from ITC.

Problem in ordering for take aways: After choosing a hotel I am unable to order from different menus from that particular hotel. Every time I shift from I menu to other items in my cart vanishes.

Worst possible app and worst service provided by the hotels on the app. Ordered 4 times. On 3 times the order was not even accepted until I called up the hotel on the status. All of them were inordinately delayed. The last occasion, the order was accepted close to my delivery time and then I got a call saying the items cannot be delivered since they are dinner only items (it was never mentioned on the app). Then, I had to struggle for 1.5 months to get ~Rs. 8,000/- refunded that I had paid.
