Very bad service provider. I raised complaint, they said they registered. I visited office for quicker action and they said that they will send someone by 11pm for repairing. By 11.30 no one came and I called them them they say that "YOUR COMPLAINT IS CLOSED". How???? How can you close a complaint without giving any resolution?? Not even a single person contacted me for me from MSEB and they closed my complaint. Now we're left with 75+ old grandfather who can barely see without light. Any ans??

This app is overall good but as a developer I can suggest you one thing that you should save your clients payment details like debit cards, credit cards.Every time when I come to pay electricity bill, I always enter my debit card details. This is time consuming and frustrating.

As a software engineer, i recommend you to please make sure that all the app features should work. Just want to highlight something, this app is not Working for submission of meter reading, when i try to upload the photo, it says some long message and after hitting ok it goes again to the same home screen As the billing amount is very high and we can't pay the average billing sent by you and now your billing unit submission option is also not working. Please suggest how should i proceed now? :(

The app is good I am facing a problem. I want to submit meter reading but when I click on the button named "submit meter reading" it show a pop-up.. saying "you can submit own meter reading or photo..... Please ignore if already submitted" and a OK button, but no option to add the readings. I saw the option before of adding the units and taking photo.. but it is not showing now.. Can you please help here Thanks

There is a major issue of uploading documents like in change of name column. It should be camera enabled or file searchable UI. Both option not available. Further ease of use and see the consumption, unit, understand the tariff and charge should be provided. App lacks sync with latest data from servers and there's some issue with real-time track for updates. It's negative for Govt owned Agencies, where private players win over. Kindly look into it and update. Many other issues, would email.

nice and very easy but no action against the complain. I have complained about high bill, but after two month also no one came to see the complaint. If you are not taking care of any complaint then announce that this app is only for paying the bill. Remove all other services options from the app those are use less.

14.Report Power Theft : Inform any suspected electricity theft activity in your area

15.Apply for change of name: Submit application for changing the registered name of electricity connection
