This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing RateWatch on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. I normally use this program a lot, but i get text updates that contradict each other and now my app hasn't shown me what the market is doing for about a week. it just shows that nothing has changed.

There are a few things that bug me: 1. When I deselect all the notifications, because I don't need a text and an email and an app alert all at the same time, it doesn't stick. 2. It doesn't have an auto update option. If I come back into the app later in the morning, it looks like nothing has changed. I have to go to a different screen in the app, then back to the screen I want, in order to see where the market currently is. Even an automatic 5 minute chart update would be frequent enough.
