Hi, the app wasnt working yesterday. For atleast 6 hours, the logo was rotating. Today it was working but now is struck, the time captures isn't working correctly.. Seems to be frozen. The app says 'collecting data' despite of the user being actively online.. Can you please fix this as soon as possible? I'm disappointed that I paid for this subscription and its only been my day 2 and already having issues.

I paid for the subscription almost 3 weeks ago and 2 weeks ago they told me to "contact them" through their email but they haven't replied since then and I even sent them proof. This app is a scam and I want my money back! 😡
