The really complete, fast, user friendly, and extensive app, far more comprehensive than most apps this price range: includes automatic bank linking, automated receipt reading through scanning and email forwarding, Dutch VAT entry, foreign currencies, btw verleggen. But doesn't compromise on smooth interface. Super happy. The temporarily broken receipt scanner was broken but they have almost fixed it, just a few last glitches (pretty fast buggix too).

Good software, but I can't seem to find how to set the periods (dates) for each item on the invoice. Can I get some help with that? On the desktop its easy, but I can't find this functionality on the app.

Overview of time management is nice to have. Time management interface is limited to a week view (same holds for the web app). It would be great to be able to scroll to a different week without having to press a button as many times as there are weeks (difference between current week number, and the week number in the past.) Another nice feature is adding documents to moneybird by sharing a picture to the app. Sadly the app crashes mostly when trying this, and I rely on email instead.

Although I'm happy with the desktop version, the app of moneybird is one of the slowest apps I own. The hours are difficult to navigate and I can't access all options from the app. It's a pity that there is no tablet optimized version, it's just the tiny mobile app that you also get in your phone.

The web version is complete and i love the layout and simplicity. However, the app version could do with an update. Not everything is accessible from the app version. Please make everything mobile friendly for the hasty mobile freelancers.

[UPDATE] It seems I have been too hastily with my review. The problem has been resolved very swiftly and adequately by the dev. The app works as expected now, just like their entire service :-) Thank you!. [OLD REVIEW] I was really satisfied with the app, until the latest update. They changed the whole concept of the app. I think it now simply acts as a simplified browser. So it now will ask me to verify with with 2-step verification every time I log in to the app. Seriously, once should be enough, since my phone is well protected. Then it will try to log in and tell me 'something went wrong'. Then I'll shut down the app and retry, after which it will tell me they have termporarily blocked my account, because I made too many requests to their server. It's a mess... please roll-back Moneybird. It was great before! (Pixel 3 with latest Android version/update)
